Our Clinic opened its doors in august 2005 and already has managed to establish a name for itself  by being both friendly and professionally towards patients.

After years of working in Diakonessenhuis Hospital both clinical and poly-clinical the founder of our Clinic saw the need to offer the general public a wider and more specialised range in treatment possibilities for their Physiotherapy needs

In Hospital  she has helped numerous patients recover after operations, hernia’s, and all sorts of trauma’s.

From 1999 on she helps numerous handicapped children especially those of the Hubstina Centre for handicapped.

With extensive experience in Sports Medicine as Physical Therapist for the SVB (Suriname Soccer Association) woman’s division and the SKA (Suriname Karate Association) Mrs. Ons-Emanuels has helped numerous sportsmen and women with their injuries,both local and international. This including professional athletes, top basket, soccer, volley and tennis players .

She also was part of the medical staff of the Surinamese  delegation to the PanAm Games at Santo Domingo.

In 2006 she did a course in Orthopaedic Joint problems and Sports Medicine (treatment and coaching in the case of exertion physiology) as well as a course in Sports medical Food usage and coaching

In 2007 she did a training "Aroma-therapy in combination with Mechanical Hydro-therapy" in the United States.

December 2008 she opened Aurora Perform & Relax where there is an aquamachine specially designed to help patients with chronic back pain.

Due to the fact that we approach our customers as friends and family, and with the honest and professional approach we have, we can state that our customers are our business-card.

We offer possibilities for treatment after four o’clock ( normal business hours ) to accommodate the working patients

We have working agreements with all the local insurance companies, and work on both cash and guarantee basis with our customers.

  December 2007 we opened Aurora Perform & Relax for clients suffering from chronic pain and lymph edema.
